I contacted Delia Wong of this office to set up a viewing on a property. She was very rude, and skeptical. She made it very clear that she did not believe we could afford this property, when in fact it was on the CHEAPER end of our budget. She would not even allow us to see the property without submitting a full application. Why on earth would we waste our time preparing an application for a house we've never even seen???? We have never been spoken to so poorly by a realtor.
