Very frustrating. Avoid this place. They didn't deliver the product. Then they tried to convince me buy a more expensive product. I said no and they agreed to cancel the order and return my money but never did. I've been waiting over 6 weeks for them to return my money. Every time I call, they tell me they're working on it. I'm glad it was only $1500. I lost all trust in these guys. UPDATE: They sent me my refund shortly after posting this.

Partner that with the dedication to customer satisfaction of DW OGG and you're ready to get to work. I'm privileged to have them as my local supplier and service station for my new equipment.
