Denny was extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn't realize he was an owner! It makes sense why other employees shunned away as he tried to bully me over nothing. Avoid this place as I was treated rudely and would recommend going to any other dealer available. I would give a 0 except the parts man was very polite and helpful!

Doug and the team fixed my 2006 simplicity conquest, replacing the head. I love this garden tractor which has both a mower deck and snow blower attachment. They are always knowledgeable and professional.
I had good experience with parts and communication, but when I took my tractor there to get the glass door replaced, they did a bad job. They got paid a lot to do almost nothing. Left the broken glass inside the tractor, and the door doesn't shut correctly. 3 stars for parts department, minus zero stars for the bangup kid service performed on my tractor. I think 3 stars is too generous, because the management failed my tractor.
