Generally I would not write a review for a “no show” (which is what happened) but I was told bids were done on Saturdays so I reluctantly made the appointment even though it’s my one day to sleep in. The appointment was made for between 9 and 10 AM and we were left in a lurch during that time even waiting to start any projects until 10:20 hit. I truly hope there was no emergency and that everyone is ok. Im sure they do good work but for me it’s about the total experience and follow-up.
Quality work, fair price. Unfortunate delays in communication, and showed up unannounced one afternoon with his crew to start project. Did not respond to follow up email after project completed.

I had a double garage built for my home in Southwest Minneapolis in 2013 (26" square). Dave bid the job at a very fair price and less than 1/2 of what two other stucco companies quoted (whom I figured were just fishing since often times contractors note the zip code-55410-and increase their rates, knowing income levels are a bit higher in SW Mpls than in other parts of the city).
