This agency when it comes to the nurses is terrible. They either lie about coming or don't bother to show. However the PT & OT are incredible. That's the only reason I give this agency 2 stars because of the PT & OT..
Some of the most courteous and most caring staff we have ever crossed paths with. They really took the time to listen and explain things to us and treat us like family. We would recommend this home health to anyone. Thank you Jessica and Amanda for being so sweet! And everyone involved.
All the staff is wonderful from the nurses to therapist, they are all knowledgeable, caring and kind. Highly recommended.
