Dave recently completed the inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. He was very flexible as he worked around our schedules and the time frame we needed our inspection done in. He was very thorough with his report including images and resources for us to use to make simple repairs around the home. Dave recently helped us inspect our new house, and he was absolutely great! Punctual and friendly, he was incredibly easy to work with on inspection day, and was also incredibly informative. The inspection report was detailed (with photos of any and all issues), and he also wrote in helpful advice on how to address each of the issues.
