This is a five=star pharmacy! I dont' know what the experience of people has been with the phone contacts, but I find the staff friendly, helpful, and very competent. I have a feeling of being taken care of by these people.
Agree with a few reviews here that the pharmacist is very rude.
Never busy and cheaper than Walgreens!
They have no accountability for their pharmacy, the woman hangs up and says leave voicemails even when you call in with questions, spoke to store manager and the behavior is continuing. Trash trash trash.
I go here regularly to pick up prescriptions. The attendants are always nice to me and even offer to bag up a handful of groceries and let me pay all at once. They are really good about picking up the phone if called and have a consistent positive track record for sending me text reminders when my meds are ready. They aren't perfect but neither am I so I do recommend this pharmacy. I have Medicaid as well if that helps.
