I had the pleasure of dealing with Sarkis and Jon for the drafting of my single-storey house, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Jack and the team have been in the game for a long time. They know all the council regs and what's required for a quick approval. Definitely amazing team to work with!!
I attempted to contact this designer multiple times by phone, Messenger, and email. In total, I reached out around six times and received no meaningful response. Poor communication at the very first point of contact is a major red flag. If this is how they operate before any work even starts, I wouldn’t feel confident engaging them on a live project. They were recommended by a builder, whom I’ve since informed of my experience. Unfortunately, based on the lack of basic communication, I chose not to proceed.
dvyne design are the best architects I have worked with so far, especially Sarkis. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional architects.
Jack is an absolute legend. If you want to add value to your resales. If you want to have a trouble free time with your tradies when building. If you want to have a beautiful facade, go to Jack. Jack has designed me till now, three properties and they are absolutely beautiful, amazing, and so lovely. I recommend Jack to anyone, and have always sent clients to him. Jack is a good guy that has earned my respect and more!
