I agree, he is a horrible builder. Does not fix his many issues with his homes. We purchased a home from him in 2021 and after 1 year, there were cracks, weed that grew up through foundation and into the house. A steel door that peeled because he fail to put a base coat to protect the door. We sold the house and I would never recommend him as a builder. There is no word to describe a bad builder other than dvp of denis paukov. It is an absolute nightmare to work with. Denis was not present at anytime to inspect any subcontractors after they did their job. He has zero control over the process hence the amount of problems need to be fixed. This guy let alone be present for any inspection he hardly called the city for inspections and asked us to do so.
