I recently traveled from Kansas City to visit friends in LA. Just days before I had spent 16 hrs. Painting my townhouse. Dr. Jay is amazing! He is very passionate about his work and practice. He has a wealth of knowledge about the spine, the nervous and muscular systems, movement, exercise, and nutrition. I feel 1000% better since working with him!
Such a great chiropractor. Takes a genuine interest in his patients and their past medical histories. He assess you head to toe, takes his time and educates his patients with regards to misalignment and what can be done to fix them. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jay is just one of those really exceptional doctors that you don’t come by too often. He actually spent the time to figure out what is out of alignment in my body and explained it to me what needs to happen to get into alignment so clearly and easy for me to understand. It made perfect sense. Not only does he really care but I always feel like a million bucks after every alignment. My spine had a curve and my shoulders were way too forward, but I am now seeing that everything is looking straighter. So grateful.
