I have used Dvorak kits on a TI simulator system for over 6 years. Their conversion devices are excellent for training and their customer service people are there when you have questions or need parts.
COOL FIRE IS THE WORST PRODUCT EVER, I HEARD ALMOST EVERYONE WAS RETURNED BCZ THEY JUST DO NOT WORK.
This has to be the worst run company on planet earth from a customers perspective. This and the clone company 'cool fire'. You can't get any response from the number listed on the website. None. Not the sales department, not the shipping department, not the 'technical support'....not even from Sheri at the front desk picks up her phone. You get the same experience when emailing. Ghosts that charge $400 for a dry fire system and then disappear. It's like dealing with the government. The worst kind.
