Heater went out on a frigid day. The woman who scheduled my appointment was great. They got me an appointment the next morning with a 2 hour window. I was notified by text and email when the technician was on his way, which I love. The technician was friendly and courteous. He needed to go buy a part and told me exactly how much it would be before leaving. The heater was fixed quickly and at a great price. Dvorak and sons is the company I use and recommend to everyone. Thanks for the great job!

Everyone knows them for a reason--fast, honest and reliable!! Allen showed up within an hour( loved the text and tracking feature) took the time to explain exactly what was going on in a way I could understand , and the price was fair. Cindy was so kind and helpful and wasted no time getting a work order in when I called. This is exactly the kind of company you want handling your HVAC needs :) Highly recommend!!

Alan did a fabulous job diagnosing our problem and making sure that we were safe with our propane tankless hot water system. He responded quickly, solved the problem very fast, and was able to make sure that everything was fine before the holiday weekend. He’s one of the best that they have and we surely appreciate everyone at the office. A++++++

We've had Terry for plumbing and Dave for HVAC on a handful of things we wanted done on a house we moved into. Can't say enough good things about both. They take the time to answer any questions and explain everything they do. Cindy from dispatch is great and friendly as well. Highly recommend.
