Luke was very professional and thorough throughout our inspection. He was easy to contact and showed up early to the inspection. Luke allowed me to accompany him during the inspection and explained everything he found in the process. We received our detailed report within two days of inspection.
I emailed Luke late in the evening & 1st thing in the morning I had a response. After calling Luke, we set up an appointment & He was very understand of my situation. He showed up promptly at the agreed apon time, was very friendly & proffessional. He was also understanding of my kids & their craziness. His assesment was quick, and very detailed. Luke with DVO did an excellent job on my home inspection and exceeded my expectations. He went into every detail and thoroughly explained terms and must needed fixes. My realtor even said his inspection report was the best she has seen and will be using him in the future. I highly recommend using DVO and they are very reasonably priced.
Extremely hard working and I truly felt he had my best interest when he did the home inspection.
I used DVO to inspect a home I was purchasing. They did a very detailed walk through and provided great feedback and commentary throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a termite inspection.
The technician was very knowledgeable and helped us determine the specific service we needed. He was able to identify the issue and worked very closely with us to get the inspection done within our budget limitations.
