I have REPEATEDLY unsubscribed from DVG emails, specifically from Misty Schmidt and someone named Mo. Ive never worked with these realtors. I even emailed Misty directly to request they stop sending me emails to no avail. This is harrasment at this point and I will be telling others in the market

Jeri and her real estate team are incredible! Very knowledgeable and well equipped and ready to help you find your first home OR first investment property! I can't believe the wealth of knowledge my husband and I have received from all of them! They will be our go to for life with our investments. We now refer everyone to them!
My next door neighbor bought a house this company flipped and sold. Three to four years later they are finding all the hidden gems. An outlet in their bedroom closet was not properly wired and burned up. It's by pure grace they didn't lose their home. They found another floor outlet covered by the linoleum the flippers added. And the carpet on the upstairs master is laid over the floor boards. One wrong step and everything is going to come crashing down. This company is out for one thing, your money. Greed is the worst.
