Good service and quick response time!!! I had 2 carpets cleaned. The cleaning team from DVE Rug Cleaning was fast, professional and courteous. One of the carpets had never been cleaned. It was very dirty and full of stains. It came back fresh and clean. From the time I made the call to the time the cleaning was finished, it was less than 3 days. I highly recommend this company.

I booked a cleaner with less than 24 hours notice with absolutely zero issues. Our tech arrived right in the middle of our appointment window. He was very friendly and extremely fast. Including unloading and loading time, he was done in an hour. Very efficient, and the sofa looks good as new! We will definitely use DVE Rug Cleaning the next time we need to have our sofa cleaned.
We woke up to find that our dog had become sick and completely stained the basement carpet which is off white in colour. DVE Rug Cleaning responded to our call in 30 minutes and did a wonderful job.
