I’m pretty sure they lost their license months ago but they’re still texting me marketing junk
Came out to do an estimate a year ago, provided a quote that was the second highest out of the multiple contractors I had out, and now a year later is trying to chase me for a $53.31 "dispatch fee". They are the only contractor that came out that is trying to capture a fee. This is an incredibly unprofessional practice, and I see their 2 star rating is entirely deserved.
DVAC is a tenant in our building but has been several months behind on rent with no response from David or his team. Their lack of communication and professionalism is concerning. I would not recommend doing business with them.
For a furnace with squealing Draft Inducer motor, they claimed few others needs to be replaced, and gave a quote close to $7000, which more than brand new furnace replacement. Extremely unethical. Sometimes things could be pricey, but this is in different league of unethical. Avoid like plague.
I had a friend who purchased a unit from dvac and said that although it took a while for scheduling and installing once it was in there were little to no problems. So I thought it was a safe bet to go with dvac. Unfortunately I completely regret purchasing a unit from dvac and do not recommend this company. My unit is not even 2 years old and the first summer we had some issues and thought it was normal since it was a new unit and installed during the winter. Now during the second summer the unit has not been working at all.... read more
