Staff is really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love having a credit union instead of a bank.
First: The branch at Gallery Place/Chinatown is now closed and moved out to NoMa metro stop. I found it difficult to get the same answer about policies from any two employees. Was told by one I was eligible for mobile check deposit, told by another that it was still in beta. Told when I opened the account that after 30 days I would be able to deposit checks and have them available with one business day and until then they could be held up to 14 business days, then told by another it would be for 6 months.
