I had my septum pierced incorrectly at a different shop and was very unhappy with it. I went to Matt at DV8 to have it redone. He answered all my questions and was patient with me even though I was so nervous from my bad experience elsewhere. He made sure I left with exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with how it turned out. Their selection of jewelry is top of the line and gorgeous. Will definitely be back (:
As a mom, I honestly was a bit nervous. However, Matt did a nostril piercing on my daughter and he was AMAZING!! You can see and smell the cleanliness as you enter the building. Matt had credible experience w/awards, answered all of our questions with ease, he used all sterile equipment, was very thorough in explaining the steps, most importantly, he was very calming and gentle throughout the entire process. Matt Borsa is hands down the most gentle piercer I have come across. He has excellent customer service and amazing results. I've even referred my mother to him, and she loves him too.
