Originally had my appointment booked for 4 pm, explained I had a hole in my tooth and needed a filling. The receptionist phoned a few days before my appointment as asked if I could come in at 315 to insure there was enough time to fix the tooth. Shifted work around and made it there for 315. Apparently there was an emergency so she said it would be a few mins. It was our first time going to dr. Vader. The appointment went well and they asked for a credit card on file but that it wouldn't be charged. I was the one that made the appointment and left my credit card on file for them. My partner recieved a text saying they were charging my credit card for the remaining balance but I was not contacted and the money was taken out of my account. I was new to the area and didnt know where to go and just came across this place and I can honestly say it was my favorite dental visit in a long time. All the staff is so nice and helpful, michelle was the best, she explained everything so well and she made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!!!
