Bà thư ký ở đây rất là kỳ cục và bất lịch sự. Chỗ này còn không biết xài computer nữa. 2025 rồi mà vẫn xài giấy tờ mà còn kiếm không ra rồi cãi với bệnh nhân là nói sai, mình không phải là một người bệnh nhân ở đây đau. No other Vietnamese doctors practice in the area uses such an ancient and inefficient process to keep records of their patients files and a non existent booking system….do not go here if you want to save your time.

Rude Receptionist! I had a very disappointing experience when trying to reach this clinic. I called and greeted the receptionist, but they didn't even acknowledge my greeting. Instead, they rudely informed me that the doctor was "very busy" and immediately hung up the phone on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I won't be considering this clinic for my healthcare needs in the future. If this is how potential patients are treated, I can only imagine how the actual care might be. Highly dissatisfied.

He spent 1 min examed my wound then wrote a script. I called 4 days later saying antibiotics not working, receptionist said if I can't make it to the office, I can send someone else in to get another antibiotic for me??? Then she hung up abruptly. Terrible manner and I am sure what she suggested is illegal.
