BRAD is an unprofessional and rude person. I just asked some questions about the home inspection and he yelled at me over the phone. He did not do the inspection thoroughly either, missed a long list of things I asked him and instead of doing his job right he was loud, rude and disrespectful.

Brad completed my home inspection in the summer of 2013. He was very thorough with his inspection and report/findings. Brad was very responsive and professional. It was my first home purchase and Brad's professionalism and in depth inspection was very appreciated and put me at ease with the home. I will definitely call Duxbury Inspections for my next home inspection!
Brad was extremely thorough and detailed in performing my home inspection and I felt very confident that I was aware of any issues that needed to be addressed prior to my home closing. During the inspection, Brad was great about explaining and teaching me everything there was to know about my house. This included both issues discovered and other items that I needed to be aware of for routine maintenance in the future. I would highly recommend Duxbury Inspections to all my family and friends!
