Sent Rick 36 tubes for centerless grinding that he said he was capable of doing to spec. He had them for 6+ months with a new story each month why they weren't complete. Eventually I received the tubes back and they were all destroyed due to a terrible attempt at CG. My company had to pay $3k+ to our customer for these ruined tubes due to Ricks mistake. He said he would fix the wrong doing but I have yet to get paid.

Semi truck drivers be aware if you have a delivery to this location do not pull in straight, you must reverse in from the main road to dock. Extremely tight parking not meant for semi trucks, barley any room to maneuver around. Look for nails on the ground by the dock before you back up. Unloaded within 30 min. Opens 6.30am to 4pm mon-fri.

Fyi re Ed's comment. His claims/statements are false. If you check other posts, at other companies Ed has worked for, you will find similar negative statements. It is disappointing to see this venom. His comments are not representative of how we operate at Du-Well.
