Friendly, accommodating staff- simple, fresh, delicious menu. Great quality and not too expensive.. I work up the street and often order lunch to go- they even bring it down to me! The open-faced shrimp and crab cake melt is incredible! And the creole slaw!
Food and ambiance was superb! Enjoyed going there with friends last night before our show at Van Wezel! Will definitely come back again!

What a great restaurant. The food, the service and the ambiance were simply amazing. There are hundreds of restaurants here in Sarasota making for tough competition and tough choices, Duval's is an easy one. I'll be back. Ask for Sam as a server and if you're lucky you'll also get Jamie as well
Fabulous dinner and service last night! From fresh fish to short ribs, everyone in our party enjoyed their dishes. Our waiter Sam was excellent and the busboy Jamie as well!
We enjoyed an excellent pre opera of the most delicious grouper over carrots and Spinach!! Fabulous Pinot Noir was excellent!! Their Happy Hour prices can't be beat!!
Food is amazing, staff is very friendly. They even offer free shuttle service all through the downtown area if you can't find close parking. A must go if you are in Sarasota. Be sure to call and make a reservation, the seats fill quick, even on weekdays!
Must see the new transformation. Colors and lighting are like magic. The food is still just as amazing. We had the crab/shrimp cakes, eggplant, and lobster macaroni & cheese. The bar is bright and magnetic. Love the new drink menu and specials, ENJOY!
