Had trouble with my 6 year old Columbia push mower. Gas was leaking out of the filter and priming bulb and it was shutting off - frustrating. I took the bowl off and checked the float and valve, for a good seal. all appeared to function properly. Reassembled and started it up - same problem. Called Duvall's and explained my problem. The person there, suggested removing the float/valve and use a low pressure air burst into the valve port [careful not to blow out the valve seat]. did as instructed and FIXED! Had an issue with my pellet stove. Ron and Jason spent several days making it work properly. Where else would you ever get First Class service like this in the middle of winter. Ron is extremely honest and hardworking. Please make Duvall's your destination for a purchase of a pellet stove or any other equipment they sell. Ron and his team deliver a high quality product and superior service if there is ever an issue. You would NEVER get this from a big box store.

Duvall's is small town friendly business the way it is supposed to be. They stand behind what they sell and the service. You can't get that at big box retailers. Better products at fair prices. We bought some Gravely Zero Turns 5 years ago. If they ever need to be replaced we hope Duvall's is still here.
Today we were just looking for a new mower and stopped here. What a great experience. Such friendly, kind and nice people. Family. Needless to say we purchased and can't wait to get it delivered. Thank you so much for your courteous service. Looking forward to more deals in the future
