On 8/5/24 our outside unit froze up...We called Duvall Htg. & A/C They added 2 cans Freon plus svc call chg. $285...on Dec 27th/28th unit stopped cooling. Called David Navarre (and A/C man) He said it needed a capacitor. Fixed that! Then still not cooling so next day he came and cleaned unit & had to add 2 more cans Freon because apparently the expansion valve did not get tightened after Duvall added Freon in August. Seems like it should not have lost Freon in 4 months time! So no thank you to Devall this all cost me another... read more

Our AC gave out on us very abruptly and they came out SO FAST. They recommended we try a cheaper fix before we replaced the whole unit, in an attempt to save us money, NOT screw us out of it. And when it seemed like we would need the new unit after all, he went out of his way to triple check and make sure that was the true solution and what was best for us. Then, they got the unit changed promptly. Very nice, knowledgeable, caring people. They have a lifetime customer now!
Mr Craig always responds quickly and has never let me down. Came out to fix me up even though I knew he was busy. Thank you for being so reliable!
