Let me start off with everyone at Duval Realty is very polite and kind. They were able to place two tenants in our home over the last 2 years and made sure that we had rent paid by these tenants. Unfortunately they have also failed to do the management part of their job. We have over $1,456 in Damages that has been ruled by an insurance adjuster that it is not normal wear and tear. also stolen items from my property, a ladder, a wet dry vacuum and a shower curtain rod. DO NOT use them. Not only is their customer service poor, but I have an toddler in the middle of summer with no air conditioning called at 5pm and received a text message after several calls, someone hanging up on me, and four promises of call backs that " we do not consider no air conditioning an after hours emergency, I understand you are I uncomfortable but we will en there in the morning" I understand sometimes you can't always have what you want and I'm able to sweat to death that's fine, I have a small child and to me ... read more
