I live there now.. and a woman named Laurie that i have spoken to several times at Duval realty is so rude. Each time i speak to her she is very unpleasant and seemingly unhappy. I have had several experiences that have brought me to tears. I lost my daughters father when i was pregnant in a very unfortunate circumstance, i was 8 months pregnant. When i gave birth one month after my daughter was born someone broke into my house via a front window. They broke the screen and the lock. It took almost a week for them to repair ... read more
Duval needs to be more responsive to homeowners and follow the Florida Statues for Condominiums. No one answers the phone if there is a problem on site, nor do they respond to emails. CAM is not on site but a few hours per week, not enough time for car permits, violations, etc.
I bought my condo in 2004. Management companies have come and gone. Recently I have talked to Laurie Cauthen at Duval Realty. I am technology challenged. I needed help navigating the web site. I wanted to set up auto payments. She assisted me on two other occasions, but I'm afraid I couldn't remember what she said. I'm embarrassed to say this was my third time talking to her.
