I was surprised by the variety of cars they had on their lot. Nice people. Reminded of Carmax with their sales philosophy.
The 3 cars that Duval Honda is listing on CarGurus are not available for sale...they have been sold to the service dept. Sadly, the salesman started out telling me that because of their price markdowns, the cars were flying off the lot. It wasn't until I located the cars on the lot...and accused them of bait and switch...that he explained that the cars had been sold to the service dept. Still sounds fishy to me.
Car is in bad shape.
This dealership did not deliver as promised. They have a central answering service that does not have access to accurate and up to date information about their stock nor is she able to promptly transfer calls to service people with correct imformation. After driving 40 miles with our infirm 98 year old mother in the car, the car we wanted to see was not available and the salesman we spoke to couldn't even find it in their inventory. Didn't answer questions, felt as if they wer old time car sales people
Darin was knowledgable, understanding of my needs, friendly, and really tried to help out. I went with another dealer who was willing and able to really consider a reasonable price for same car slightly more miles.

Horrible sales experience... -Questionable pricing policy ($499 "dealer fee" added to every vehicle on top of MSRP and destination & handling fees); tried to claim such markups were necessary for them to turn a profit (as if the MSRP doesn't have built-in profit), etc. They added this fee a week after we signed a purchase agreement (it took a week for them to get the car after promising us it would be there within 48 hours) that DIDN'T contain it after we told them we weren't going to pay it.
