I had an awesome experience working with To y Bahri. He is the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with!! I went to several places and nobody would help me but Tony made it his business to help me and got me in a luxury vehicle!! He is very personable and helpful. He truly did everything he could to help me. I will be sending Tony more business and will contact him when I am ready for my next purchase. Thank you Tony!!!
Jay Johnson was very knowledgeable and enjoyed working with him. However I give Honda Corporation a 4. They sell you an off road vehicle with a trailer hitch, but they make you pay for the trailer wiring kit, $565.00 parts and labor. In Fla. Its against the law to tow a trailer with out lights. I did not notice this until I drove that Pilot Trailsport home. I had purchased a Ridgeline 2023, back on 1 Mar 23 and it came with the trailer wiring. This is un-American and shame on Honda.
Calvin listened to me about my needs and affordability wthout playing games. He was respectful and made me feel comfortable. The entire staff was wonderful. My only disappointment is no cd player and gps. I will gladly pass the word. Thank you all.
Kacy is the BEST service advisor ever. She is always so helpful. I've been coming to this honda location for 10 plus years and never had the same level of care and experience that I've had since having her.
