They responded but I called them first and purchased the vehicle. Van (sales) was great although the description of the car saying navigation included was incorrect on the website (not his fault) and I didn't notice until looking at the certified checklist. I already have another car and had a checklist of what I wanted in this car. I didn't appreciate the sales manager kind of downplaying navigation.....I don't care that I have a phone, It's all about what I want!! Friendly, no pressure salesman, Van Jones is total class. Even though we couldn't come to an agreement on price, experience was largely positive. Van Jones is all about customer service. Responded timely and courteously at every point in the process.
I bought my GMC Terrain from them. They are great. Excellent customer service they made buying a vehicle a very easy experience. Ask for William you won't be disappointed.
