My experience with Duval Honda is one of false truths, bullying and out right theft! On October 2, I went to the dealership to purchase a car. As I looked on the lot, I found one that was in the price range that the bank had given to me(I recently came out of bankruptcy and qualified for a program to help get you back on your feet). Other than that small observation I was extremely pleased with the experience. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service from Drew. The car that we scheduled a test drive for was prepped and ready to go. The car itself was excellent though we did not buy it.
They ask me a few questions then left me hanging. Never got a response back. Ended up purchasing a car from Coggin Honda.
