I had a service appointment today. When I got there Krystal greeted and checked me in. She was amazing kind and made sure to check on me while waiting even while she was busy handling multiple people. But my service advisor John (also a multitasker) was so helpful, answered all my questions and broke down information so I understood. I have excellent experience with atlantic coast honda specially with my service advisor john he really did take good care of me. there is some mis communication at first but he did make it sure that.I will be taken care off. I stop coming here long time ago because of a bad experience but decided to come back since It is under new management sure enough it is amazing experience now. I would surely recommend this dealership and coming back for service.
