Welcome to Duval Equipment in Shawnee, Oklahoma, where we have been providing you with turf solutions since 1975. As a full lawn and garden dealer we sell and service Cub Cadet, Gravely and Husqvarna zero turns, riding mowers, push mowers, chainsaws and trimmers. We are looking forward to expanding our service department of Fall 2015 where we will be able to work on all types of lawn equipment and most small engines. I have a Craftsman lawnmower that needed some new parts. I looked around for parts and had no luck. I called Shawnee Power Equipment and they found the parts for my lawnmower at a reasonable price and got them shipped in very quickly. All the parts I ordered fit and functioned like they should. I have always shopped at duval. I've bought a mower, Weedeater, and blower. Recently my Weedeater broke. I took it in, They said it was under warranty and it wouldn't cost anything. They said it would take a week to fix. It has now been a month and a half. Every time i call they have no clue where we are on it, Then they called and told me it was NOT under warranty and that they were now going to charge me to fix it.
