Sold our BMW through Dutton One Melb and the process was fast and seamless. Tim went above and beyond. He even let me use the car for a whole week while waiting for my new car to arrive. Highly recommend to everyone wanting to sell their car.
Not particularly happy about the whole purchase process from before delivery to after delivery of the vehicle. The agent that I have been dealing with is Julian. Feels like Dutton One is only selling the premium cars with premium price tag but not even the basic services, let alone saying premium services. I had a car up for sale and I had Tim from Dutton one Melbourne contact me about the car and he come up with a good offer on my car and from then on it was as smooth as! Tim kept in contact and being from Bundaberg Queensland you would think it would have been difficult but he organised an inspection once done he arranged for money transfer then had transport come to the front door and sent it on the way.I honestly couldn’t ask for a more honest and smooth experience so once again i thank Tim and Dutton One. Had their sales guy AJ tell me their Porsche Macan wouldn't get sold over the holiday break and even sent a text saying I'd pick it up when he's back but no reply and now listed as sold on car sales. Rubbish customer service from this guy, I'd avoid if you can
Had one of their representatives named Inish reach out to me on facebook marketplace. He was pressing for me to provide my bottom dollar price for my car without giving me an offer. Then said my price was higher than others online, when it is actually priced in the middle of the range of others online. He ultimately told me I wouldn't get anywhere near what I was advertising it for which is just rude and hence why I am warning others.
