I recently visited Dutton One coming a long way looking for a car priced at $40,000. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car was out with another customer , but the salesperson named AJ said he had another car with lower kilometers, priced at $70,000. When I expressed interest in seeing the $70,000 car, I was insulted and questioned about whether I could even afford it—before they can even bothered to show me the car. Best dealership I dealt with in Melbourne, believe me I have been to a few! Best price, best customer experience and awesome service! Did my due diligence for the car that I like, Henry with no dramas gave me his best price, threw in some extras as well. Adrian in finance quick and hands on to his clients. No hidden fees. They were upfront with my offer and closed the deal immediately. Delivered my car the next day, after financing and full detailing done. Can’t complain. Kudos to management, you do have a great team indeed.
I must preface this by saying a truely had the worst vibe off the bat before I had even entered the building. I walked in and walked around aimlessly looking for a sales representative, when I did find one I had taken a car for a test drive and noticed multiple issues with the vehicle. I was looking for a car at Chatswood Port Melbourne and their service was impeccable; in particular, Kris, who went above and beyond what was expected. Unfortunately the car I wanted got sold to someone else (my fault, I was late at responding), but when I saw one I loved at Dutton Chatswood he helped me with whatever I needed including organising a roadworthy certificate and inspection.
