Wow. This company is incredible. There I was, on a Friday at 5:45pm, the a/c was not working at all. I thought to myself “I’ll never be able get someone out here due to it being 5:45 on the 4th of July, and even if I do they’ll charge me out the wazoo”. I could not have been more wrong. They talked to me on the phone as if they had been expecting me and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I told them I understood if they needed to wait, they insisted it was no problem.
