After nursing my old unit along as long as possible it was finally time to have it replaced. Jayden, with Dutton worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed and when a good time for the install would be. Jayden did a fantastic job and had my A/C unit diagnosed and back up and running in no time. Very timely and professional service. Highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.
Professional from the start didn't condemn my system right away like the last company, Dutton said it was just a capacitor, they will get my business from now on.
I called Jayden when my AC unit stopped working. He came right over, diagnosed the problems, and gave me several options to get it running again. We settled on an option, and he immediately ordered the parts. As soon as they came in, he got right to work installing everything. AC was up and running, and blowing colder than it had since we first moved in. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They have another customer for life now.
