Apparently the builders of our townhouse community made major mistakes with the foundations of our homes, so they all need to be repaired. And guess who has to pay for it? We do of course!! Not the builders. So now we pay $282 per month, with an additional one time fee of another $282. But have they done anything with fixing the foundations? Of course not! NOTE: This is a positive review. Read to the end. Even though my experience wasn't ideal, management stepped in everytime and promptly to help. They answered the phone immediately at least 85% of the time and we're able to take action after I called. We had an apartment that hadn't been cleaned correctly (Amanda assured me they clean carpets in-between tennants so it may have just been who I was living with).
