Booked an appointment July 8th for July 15th at 2pm. Arrive to my appointment and the doors are locked and no one is there. Call the office, and was 1st told that they’ve been trying to contact me to let me know the Dr. won’t be in all week. No missed calls or voicemails to confirm. Then was told, he had an emergency surgery today. How would they know, in advance if the Dr. is going to have an emergency during the week, today?! I won’t be rebooking!!!
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK! There was so much wrong with this office upon entrance. The nurses were in flip flops which was my first red flag, although the least of my worries. This doctor performed an internal examination with NO GLOVES ON. I did not realize this fully until he removed his hand and I was able to see that there were no gloves being used. I was too in shock to say anything at the moment, and he proceeded to touch my private areas with no gloves on past this point. I tried to discuss this with the nurses, they had to ... read more
