They addressed a warranty issue with a vehicle i purchased from them. truck now runs like new. Was disappointed to need such a major repair after purchasing the truck. But dutro's corrected the issue at no cost to me.
Not pleased, had a recall and as I go to counter the older guy I checked in with acted like I was a bother and didn’t want to be there, this was 9am. I had an appointment for 9, then I’m asked how soon I need it back, it’s a work vehicle so asap. 5hrs later they never call to let me know it was ready until I call to get a status check. Then the same old guy is complaining about his day of dealing with people.
