We scheduled an appointment to test drive the Soul EV and made it clear that we were driving two hours from Dayton, Ohio. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the salesperson knew very little about the vehicle and was unable to answer basic questions. The interior had not been cleaned or detailed and had a strong cigarette odor. Joseph Biggs sold me my Ford Explorer 2017. I had my eyes on another vehicle that was out of my budget , he helped me find something within it with no problems. he let me test drive it the day I came in to just look around see what they had , he was very patient , nice , and helpful !
