I would like to share my experience from the outset. In January, we initially sought a potential second vehicle and found one that fit our budget, driving it off the lot the same day. Our experience was exceptionally positive, and when our primary vehicle required repairs, we turned to Dutro again and replaced our cherished Ford. Notably, Joseph Biggs served as our salesman both times, ensuring we found vehicles that met our expectations without exceeding our budget. We appreciate Dutro's exemplary team.
If I could give a Zero I would smh. I went in today for a scheduled test drive, at first glance the car was nice until driving down the road. I heard a dragging sound on the driver side, every time I hit the breaks it was grinding so bad it shook the entire car. I got back to the lot and I let the salesperson know. And he kept making excuses for everything I was concerned about.
