I’ve used multiple plumbing/sewer/drain companies in Bergen County at different homes (towns) over the years. If you’ve found this company consider yourself lucky! They are in the business of solving problems not soliciting reviews, unlike others. Kyle, his family and staff, Joe and his field techs, are just wonderful people. Sewer replacement is something no homeowner wants to deal with, the stress of the issue and the stress of picking the right company combined can be too much for most. Cannot say enough good things about Dutra and in particular Chris, one of the owners. Our sewer pipe started leaking and after getting an astronomical estimate from a “chain” company we found Dutra. Chris showed up the next day, assessed the situation and came up with a plan. They were at our house a week later, could’ve been sooner if I hadn’t been traveling, the work was completed impeccably. A contractor we used recommended Dutra to repair our broken sewer line. They were less expensive than Roto Rooter and much more professional. They started work this morning at 7AM and had the problem resolved by noon. I highly recommend them for any kind of sewer repair. The crew was experienced, competent, and neat. Kyle, the foreman, was honest, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with.
