We went to Dutille’s looking for an engagement ring and wedding bands. They were very friendly and professional. After looking at the rings they had on display, we decided we really wanted a slight variation from one of the ring sets they showed us. Called asked if they could engrave a flash light clip and battery pack. I understood they couldn’t engrave the battery pack but the removable clip they refused to engrave as well. When I went to go pick it up and nothing was done I asked why they couldn’t engrave the clip. The woman made excuses about the battery. I said it’s ok I will bring the clip someplace else. She huffed and said “good luck” very rudely. If you don’t want business don’t waste peoples time!

Dutille's is top notch! I recently brought some inherited pieces to them to have the stones reset. They were excellent in turning my ideas into a setting that would last a lifetime. Cheryl assisted me and she was amazing and fun to work with. I am so pleased with the two rings they made for me. The level of quality is superb. This is where you want to go. Period.
