I came for a few thousand dollars worth of work. The work was fine. The treatment was not. They were often condescending and unkind about the fact that I had not been to a dentist, as if everyone has dental insurance. But I kept coming back because the care was good. After seeing them for a few years,while I almost always had a credit on my balance, apparently my insurance suddenly did not cover the cost of fillings, leaving me with 75% of the cost. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Dr Duthie and is staff Dr Duthie is one of the better doctors at his office, and if you had to go to this office I would recommend him, but like the most of the staff he will come to see you, ask a question and then immediately start to work on your mouth leaving you no time to answer a question that you may feel is important. The staff is also very quick to leave you in the chair before allowing you to ask any questions about your treatment.
