I recently took my 2020 Traverse in for a transmission shudder problem @ 40K miles on the vehicle. The service department told me that I needed to change the transmission torque converter. The problem I have with this is that they already changed the torque converter at 15K miles, it didn't fix it the first time, why would it work the second time? Unless the torque converter is supposed to be changed every 25K? A local transmission shop recommended that I change the transmission, which is probably what should have been done ... read more
Totalleeeee satisfied with service of my vehicle except the issue between my radio and Bluetooth. If my Bluetooth is on, it very frequently shuts my radio off. The Tech said it can't be fixed. Very frustrating.

I took a vehicle in to the service department for routine service. The service writer was thorough, and when the service was completed, he gave me a full rundown on the overall condition of the vehicle. He also answered questions I had about scheduling service on a different vehicle. I always appreciate the professionalism at the Duteau service department.
