I've never had to wait past my appointment time. I don't know how they do it, but would love for every Dr office to run so smoothly. I'm also very impressed with the level of information conveyed by everyone there. From something as simple as what procedure is being started, to how long it should take, to the explanation of the billing receipt, the professional staff is thorough and polite.
This was the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. I woke up with extreme tooth pain and was able to make an emergency appointment with ease. Dr. Patel was able to do a root canal on the problem tooth that same day. He was a life saver! The comfort they provide during the exam was top notch. The staff at Dutchtown Dental are very friendly and professional. Dr. Landry is very good Dentist. He care about his patients. Mrs. Sandy in the Financial Dpt. is very patient and provide you with different option to help you get the services you need done. My son Tyrique loves going there.
After the second step in the process of getting an implant, I am feeling unexpectedly great. All due to the great work of Dr. Landry an his wonderful stall.
Dr. Landry's office was great in scheduling my last minute appointment to replace my crown. The staff was friendly and professional as usual. I spent less than five minutes in the waiting area and was quickly seen and attended to once in the examination area. Thanks for the great service!
