Compassionate doctors. Stayed late so our cat wouldn't have to suffer through the night. Took time to explain everything.
Dr. Grayson saved our kitty's life. She was missing for 6 weeks and was found emaciated, severely dehydrated, and had a damaged liver. She was only a couple of days away from death. Many vets might have thought it was hopeless and recommended putting her down, but not Dr. Grayson. Best of all, we were able to use our Care Credit, which gave us 6 months no interest to pay the bill off. Thank you Dr. Grayson and all the staff at Dutchtown Animal Hospital!!
Love all the vets and staff here. Always very helpful, and both of my dogs love it here as well. Anxiety free trips to the vet are always a plus!
I was limited on money to help my dog and after wasting $150 at cypress lake for them to just send me home until I could "find more money" Dutchtown animal hospital took my baby in and worked with me they kept my baby over night and even sent me an update. I can't thank them enough for saving him!
Dr. Grayson and her staff are hands down the BEST care providers for your fur family. The love they display for each and every person (owners and their pets) is remarkable. I thank God that I happened upon them in a desperate time of need for my baby. I started bringing my animals to this group way back when they were in Lakeview. After Katrina and I moved to Baton Rouge, I was so happy to find them again. They always take excellent care of their patients and you can tell by their interactions that they aren't "just" dogs and cats. They know the animals mean the world to you and they treat the animals with the same respect. I have numerous stories I could tell of these doctors going above and beyond for my pets and I have utmost respect for the doctors here.
The staff did a very thorough job taking care of my boy Thor after he got into some acorns and spent the next two days getting sick. They took an X-ray, set him up with all the medication he needed and treated him with TLC. Grateful they could see us on such short notice. Thanks!!! Ruff!!
Max (cat) was horrible today but Dr. Grayson and her nurse were the BEST!!! Not once did they show any sign of frustration when he was being a meany. Absolutely love them so far!! The sweetest staff; they made me feel very welcome today throughout the whole visit, from the front desk to back staff members, all around very very friendly!!!
