Extremely rude and condescending. I have to wonder if a man would’ve been treated in the same manner. I was belittled and made to feel ignorant. Two previous inspections, from highly reputable companies, did not discover the imaginary issues (I did not see the evidence he professed to find) that were pointed out. Additionally, previous inspections noted an attic issue, but I had to force an inspection of that area. I’m not sure of the cost as my HOA was responsible, but if you’re paying yourself, I would steer clear.
