Fast turn around. Great job on clothes.
The worse service I have ever had. I walked in there with several pants to have cleaned. The young lady that worked there did not speak or acknowledge that I was there. Her only comment to me was turn your music off in that exact manner. Against my better judgement I put my clothes on the counter and waited for her to say something to me but nothing. I couldn't believe what had just happened. I even returned a second time, maybe she was having a bad day. She was exactly the same. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. ... read more

I recently had 3 pair of linen pants cleaned and noticed what appeared to be a burn of a starch line with a small hole on one leg on one of the pants. I returned the pants and explained the situation and the clerk said they would work on what appeared to be a stain. I showed them the hole but did not ask for any type of compensation as it was very small. I return a few days later, the burn/starch line is still there but now there are two more holes in the pants.
