So my Grandfather a long time customer of Dutch's Chevrolet just had transmission work done about 2 moths ago, today he was out getting his hair cut and the newly rebuilt transmission that he just paid 6,500 for went out again. So he has it hauled to the shop and they tell him that they cant get to it and do not know when they will get to it okay. PLEASE READ THIS AND PLEASE LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to look at a car, but I didn’t like after driving it. Lonnie the sales person said that he had a Jeep that was a great vehicle and he would never sell me anything that wasn’t a good vehicle. This was far from the truth. I ended paying cash for the Jeep $6500. Well I get the Jeep home, didn’t even have it a month and found out that a head gasket was bad. I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150 from this dealership I couldn't arrive in person due to the fact I'm out of state, Brad Alston was my salesman and he was very helpful and courteous and told me I would love my truck and he was right. I drove it to work day one and had no issues, Good truck for the low price I paid for it. It would of been great to have met him in person. My only complaint was with the shipping company that shipped my truck which had nothing to do with the dealership other than that I'm enjoying my truck thanks ... read more
