David and all the teams at Dutch's went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful buying experience. Everything from loaner vehicles while waiting on my order to white glove presentation of the High Country Tahoe. Great experience!
Be careful. The service dept screwed up my invoice summary and refused to fix it so I could reimbursed for a lost key fob by my insurance company. They also scratched my truck. I called and spoke to Big Ben and he says he is unable to correct the invoice. Very unprofessional. I asked him to pull video and see what happened to my truck as far as the scratch. He says it is impossible as they walk every vehicle before it enters the service area. Guess what,,, they conveniently forgot to walk around my new truck they day it was ... read more
