Insanely poor customer service, called to make a Emergency appointment was told that there are no appointments till September & when wanting to move forward with making said appointment at the later date I was promptly hung up on. Received a callback from a rude receptionist, who then told me that if I go to emergency care and then also try to establish myself as a patient for a primary dentist that they would not get paid so they get screwed and so they would not be helping or assisting in anyway with my care. Overwhelmed dental assistant, who was managing appointments as well as insurance correspondence. She verbalized being overwhelmed and tired, and not able to do everything, and her tone was that of extreme agitation and annoyance with her situation, which I understand however in dealing with patients and patient care it was unprofessional. The office appearance from the outside looked rundown and Old, which also matched the appearance of inside.
