Dutchess Awnings were really awesome! Joe made sure my awning got installed in time for my birthday even though he couldn't walk due to an accident! Very cool guy! The guys had our awning up and working in about an hour and a half. Love our Eclipse awning and the color of the fabric as well! Highly recommended!

Joe and Fadi were absolutely wonderful! I originally called another awning company that was local to me, and was told to bring my awning to their shop for repair. This was not possible for me since the awning in 12' x 32'. I was told that they could not help me if that was the case and hung up. I am so glad I got this awning ... and even more glad that I went through Joe and his team. The ordering process was great -- she made it so easy and was so patient and thorough helping us make our choices. The installation was on time, neat, and professional and they took the time to make sure I knew how to operate it both by the remote and manually. Customer service is fantastic!
