Dutchess county helpline are insensitive and very unprofessional helpline. I would give them 0 stars if I could. When u call they expect u to basically help urself. They ask dumb questions like what coping skills can u use. Well if they person had the coping skills to use they wouldn't need the helpline right. They like to refer u out to stabilization center and other places so they don't have to do there job. They act as if the person calling in should know how to help themselves.
