RecommendedWonderful place to live. Very quiet and close to every restaurant, coffee shop, or grocery store in town! Walkable distance to Glastonbury boathouse as well. Highly highly recommend. Management is quick to respond too!

RecommendedGreat apartment in close proximity to grocery stores, Vassar College, restaurants and bars! Apartment is well maintained, common areas are clean, and the staff is always quick to fix any maintenance issues.
Until I took this place to court there were no accommodations for handicapped parking, etc. office staff consumate liars, fake friendly. I caught them both in lies for many many years n now I am leaving this s—- hole- but I can go w handicapped rules being followed and monitored. Read rights and regulations for tenants if u move in, be wise and aware! Watch your back here! Horrid place. Poor inside maintenance, dishonest 2 faced Mgmt, $$ is rule one, tenants are low on priority list - mgmt would sell his mom for a buck! Oran... read more
The worth apartments ever... Dirty.. cockroaches... We have a good relationship with staff, and paid in time 2 years. But when we are moved out - they NOT returned our deposit (we cleaned everything perfect!) and ruined our credit history... WHY? The arrogant and shameless manager!
Great property manager and great people depending on what building you live in however the owners are a different story
